It is a pity that you get pain in your joints when you get older. Often it is also depending on what you have done as young within sports for example. That might cause worse pain in the later years. But that should not prevent us from sporting of course. There is good help nowadays. There are therapists or remedy supplements that can help or a combination of the two. That is perfect actually, to combine. Then you can get the best out of the two. I have some problems with my ancles since my youth when I played volleyball but that is not so serious.
